This is an application preferred by the original claimant No.2, who was minor when the appeal was disposed of. The amount of her share is kept in the F.D.R. Now, it is submitted that the appeal is already decided on 08.12.2008. The original claimant No.2respondent has become major and her age certificate also produced on record.

In view thereof, she is permitted to withdraw the amount of her share deposited in the Court along with the interest accrued thereon.

The application stands disposed of.
