Appeal is already decided by judgment dated 12/02/2019.

As per the judgment, the claimant is sought compensation at the rate of Rs. 1,50,000/- per hectare for the land admeasuring 1.22 HR. The entire decreetal amount is deposited by the applicant before this Court. Learned Counsel Shri. Dubey has no objection for withdrawal of the amount.

In the result, the application is allowed.

Respondent no. 1 is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 11,76,049/- with accrued interest thereon. The application is disposed of.
