09th October㾀 2019 The appeal was dismissed by a detailed order dated 7th August, 2018. It was observed that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Thereafter, an application for restoration of appeal was moved and this Court has restored the appeal with a direction to the appellant to fle a paper-book within a period of two weeks. This order was passed on 17th July, 2019. Till date, the paper-book is not fled. Therefore, it appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal, nor the appellant is interested to comply with the order of this Court. Hence, the appeal is dismissed.
