Pursuant to the order dated 20.12.2019, passed by this Court, the litigating sides have suggested two names each so as to enable this Court to select one of them to be appointed as the sole Arbitrator and this application can thereafter be disposed off.

The learned Advocates for the respective sides have placed before the Court their individual Pursis. The two names suggested by the applicant, are on the panel of the Arbitrators for arbitration proceedings in this Court. The non-applicant has also recommended two names who have the technical knowledge required for dealing with the arbitration in this proceedings. The second person in the list of the opponent is also on the panel of Arbitrators maintained with this Court.

In view of the above, Dr. C.S. Suryavanshi is

Both the parties shall deposit Rs. 5,000/- each in this Court on or before 24.1.2020 as processing charge. 5.

Civil Application is therefore disposed off.
