IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
NAGPUR BENCH : NAGPUR Criminal Application (ABA) No.292 of 2015 (Anup Brahmankar V/s State of Maharashtra, thr PSO Gondia (Rural), Gondia) Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders Court's or Judge's orders or directions and Registrar's orders.
[Shri A.V. Vastani, Adv for applicant.
Shri S.B. Ahirkar, APP for respondent] CORAM : A.B. CHAUDHARI, J.
DATED : 17.06.2015.
Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties.
Perused the F.I.R. so also the impugned order made by the learned trial Judge. Upon perusal of the F.I.R. I find that the victim minor girl is a student and the appellant being her teacher outraged her modesty thus committed breach of trust also apart from serious offences under POSCO Act. He does not deserve any relief much less anticipatory bail and must be arrested forthwith. That being so, I find that the impugned order is legal, correct and proper. There is no substance in the application, hence, I make the following order :- Order A] Criminal Application(ABA) No.292 of 2015 is rejected.
B] Police station Officer Gondia (Rural) to arrest the applicant forthwith.
