DATED : 08 - 0 6 -201 The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 193/2018 registered at Ramnagar Police Station, Chandrapur for the offence punishable under Sections 326 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code.

The assault is by fists and kicks. Concededly, no weapon is used.

It is not the case of the prosecution that custodial interrogation is required.

4.

The prosecution case is that the informant was in a relationship with the sister of the applicant, which was objected to by the applicant.

In the totality of the circumstances, I am inclined to allow the application.

In the event of arrest, the applicant be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs.15,000/- alongwith a solvent surety of the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the Ramnagar Police Station, Chandrapur every Saturday between 10-00 a.m. and 12-00 noon till the filing of the charge-sheet. 8.
