By this application, applicants/respondent nos.1 to 4 seeks permission to withdraw the decretal amount deposited by the appellant with the registry of this Court. 3.

This Court by judgment and order dated 27.06.2024 decided the appeal and as per the judgment of this Court, the respondent nos. 1 to 4 are entitled to withdraw the amount.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Respondent nos. 1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw the decretal amount along with interest accrued thereon, subject to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). 5.
