Perused the report. Learned Advocate for the applicant has submitted that name of the applicant is not mentioned in the report. Perused the order passed by District Judge-7 and Additional Sessions Judge Nagpur in Miscellaneous Criminal Application No. 743 of 2019. Learned Additional Sessions Judge gone through the case diary and found that the accused/applicant is involved in crime. Injured is admitted in the hospital. The custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary. Offences punishable under Section 326 read with Section 34 of IPC are registered against the applicant. Punishment provided under Section 326 is to the extent of life imprisonment. 3.

Looking to the seriousness of offence and discovery of weapon, custodial interrogation of the applicant is required to recover weapon. Applicant is not entitled for any protection. The application is rejected.
