This application is by applicant / respondent No.1 for permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.3,55,150 along with interest accrued thereupon. First Appeal No.363 of 1999 is decided on 23.1.2015.

Since the prayer for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant along with interest accrued thereupon and since the appeal is already decided, learned counsel appearing for the other side have no objections for withdrawal of the amount as prayed for.

In view of above, for the reasons stated, the application is allowed as prayed.
