Heard Mr. S. M. Awachar, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. M. K. Pathan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2] With the assistance of the learned counsel for the applicants and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, we have carefully gone through the FIR, filed by the estranged wife of Rajesh Arjun Jadhav.

3] The applicant No.1 is the mother while applicant No.2 is the sister of Rajesh Arjun Jadhav. The applicant No. 3 is the brother in law and applicant No. 4 is the nephew of Rajesh Arjun Jadhav.

4] On going through the FIR, we find that serious allegations have been made against all the applicants and

20.apl.901.2022.odt they are not of general nature but are specific. These allegations assign specific role to each of the applicants and when taken together they prima facie constitute the offences registered against all the applicants.

5] Considering such nature of allegations, we do not think that the further continuation of the investigation and its consequent result in lodging of prosecution against the applicants would be any abuse of process of law.
