This is an application filed by the applicant-appellant for restoration of order of stay dated 11.7.2017. Heard. Perused the application. Learned advocate for appellant submits that on 11.7.2017 stay was granted on the condition that the entire decreetal amount was to be deposited in this Court within a period of twelve weeks. However, since the entire amount was not deposited, the stay was not continued. Learned advocate submits that today appellant is ready to deposit the said amount. In view of the statement made above, permission is granted. Hence the order.

Appellant is permitted to deposit the amount pursuant to order dated 11.7.2017. On depositing the said amount, the order of stay granted by this Court vide order dated 11.7.2017 is continued during the pendency of the appeal. With this order, Civil Application stands disposed of.
