By this application, the applicant is seeking permission to travel abroad and to seek no objection certificate for issuance of passport.

It is contended by the applicant that, his family is intending to travel to Dubai from 10/06/2024 to 19/06/2024 and he has furnished the detailed travelling plan and details of his stay in Hotel Admiral Plaza. He further undertook to abide by all the condition imposed by this Court.

Learned APP has strongly opposed the said application on the ground that appeal of the present appellant is pending before this Court and if he is permitted to travel abroad, the proceedings of the appeal would be held up.

Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned APP for the State. Considering the appellant is visiting abroad for a limited period, he has already furnished the detailed plan of his travelling alongwith the Annexure - II and also furnished his detailed address where he is staying. In view of that and considering the purpose for his visit to Dubai, the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order.

ORDER

A] The applicant be permitted to travel abroad.

B] The non-applicant shall issue no objection certificate in the name of applicant to the passport authorities for issuance of passport.

C] The Regional Passport Authority, Nagpur shall consider his application as per the Rule.

D] The applicant shall furnish his cellphone number(s) which is using at the said place, and also report to the concerned Police Station after he returned from his journey.

The criminal application is disposed of.
