By the present Application, the applicants is seeking to replace the legal representatives of respondent no.4 who expired on 16.02.2023. The application has been filed on 04.05.2023 which is within 90 days from the date of death of the respondent No.4. The learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3 has no objection. In view of the above and for the reasons set out in the Application, the Civil Application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week. Copy be served upon the other side. Once the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the proposed respondents, returnable two weeks thereafter.
