Heard Shri Wankhede, learned counsel for the applicants and Mrs. Kulkarni, learned APP for the non-applicant - State.

Vide order dated 18.06.2020, these applicants are protected by way of interim protection. A perusal of the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the State does not reflect any specific and active role played by the present applicants except that they received part of the amount, which was demanded by the main accused No. 1 for obtaining job, from the informant.

Considering the nature of allegations and role attributed to the present applicants, they deserve Anticipatory Bail. Hence, the order dated 18.06.2020 granting them interim protection is hereby confirmed
