The only prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent-Zilla Parishad to decide the representation of the petitioner for transfer to Panchayat Samiti, Warud.

We are not inclined to direct the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in the midst of the session, however, the respondent-Zilla Parishad may consider the representation of the petitioner when the general transfers are effected. We dispose of the writ petition with the aforesaid observation with no order as to cots.
