Heard.

The applicant is in custody since 26.3.2018 in connection with Crime 723 of 2018 registered at Police Station Ballarshah, District Chandrapur for offences punishable under section 302, 325, 363, 364, 323, 506, 201 and 120-B read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Bail is being sought on the ground of parity. This Court by order dated 16.1.2018 was pleased to grant bail to coaccused Amardeep Telang. In all fairness, the learned APP Shri T.A. Mirza does not dispute that the role attributed to the present applicant and the role attributed to Amardeep Telang who is granted bail by this Court, is similar. The chargesheet is filed. The applicant has no criminal antecedents. In this view of the matter and also on the ground of parity, the application is allowed.

ba469of18.odt 2 The applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount. The applicant shall report Police Station Ballarshah on Saturday once in a month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial.
