CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A NAIK AND A.D. UPADHYE, JJ.

DATE : JULY 07 , 2017.

By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the interlocutory order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Nagpur, dated 09.06.2015 rejecting the prayer made by the petitioner for grant of interim relief staying the order of transfer.

While issuing Rule in the writ petition, we had stayed the order of transfer after observing that the same would remain stayed during the pendency of the writ petition or till the matter is decided by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, on merits. It is most likely that the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal must have decided the original application filed by the petitioner on merits. Hence, we dispose of the writ petition with a request to the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal that the original application of the petitioner may be decided as early as possible, if not decided as yet. It is needless to mention that the interim relief granted by us on 11.09.2015 would continue till the original application is decided. Order accordingly. No costs.
