Sharma, APO, Majri Area, Shri Nikhil Kumar, Dy. Manager (Mining), WCL, Kuchana for respondent No.2 and Ms. A. R. Kulkarni, learned A.G.P. for respondent/State are present.

Both the parties have settled the claim as per terms of compromise before the National Lok Adalat on 14/07/2018. Compromise verified and found to be correct. Award be drawn in terms of compromise.

Court Fees be refunded as per Rules.

Appeals are disposed of accordingly.
