The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner under Section 23 of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act directing that the entry be made in Schedule I of the Public Trusts Register as per the order passed in Change Report No.239/1999 on 4th April, 2012.

It is recorded in the impugned order that the petitioner has not

2 wp2554.14 been able to show that the order passed in Change Report No.239/1999 on 4th April, 2012 is challenged in appeal or revision. I do not find any error in the impugned order. It does not require any interference. The petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
