D ATED :16.09.2019 This is an Application seeking condonation of delay of 263 days in filing the Revision.

Heard both sides. Perused the contents of the Application. On a perusal of the same, I am satisfied that the delay is properly explained and sufficient ground is made out for condoning the delay.

In view thereof, the delay in filing the Revision is condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited with the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur.. The Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of. The Revision be registered.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after three weeks. Mr. Sharma, learned counsel waives service of notice on behalf of respondent no.1.
