This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent No.1/original claimant on record in order to withdraw the amount of compensation as deposited by the appellant.

It is stated that after disposal of First Appeal No.207/2000 on 11/02/2015, respondent No.1 - Kamal Ajabrao Suryawanshi has expired on 17/04/2016. It is further stated that the appellant has deposited amount of Rs.1,78,302/- on 04/11/2000 with the Registry of this Court.

As the aforesaid amount has not been withdrawn till date, the instant application is allowed. The legal representatives of respondent No.1 are permitted to bring their names on record. The necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks.
