The Sessions Court, Chandrapur has forwarded this letter for extension of 3 months time to dispose of the Sessions Trial in Special Case No.39/2021 (State Vs. Vikramsingh Ahirwar).

It appears from the record that on 28.04.2025 this Court has passed the order in bail application to decide the matter within a period of 6 months and direction is given not to file any application for extension of time. 3.

It appears from the report filed by the Sessions Court that one more Investigating Officer is remained to be examined and the prosecution is going to examine two more witnesses. It reveals from the report that the Sessions Court has taken it very lightly. The prosecution has also not taken any efforts to dispose of the trial. As the trial is at the fag end, one month time is extended to dispose of the trial as a last chance.
