Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties.

Perused the reply. Seen the case diary as well as the statements.

Perusal of the record shows that the applicants were not named by the eye witnesses. Looking to the statement, it appears that the applicants have been attributed the role of mere presence along with the assailants. That being so, I make the following order :- Order A] Criminal Application (BA) No.397 of 2015 is allowed.

B] Both the applicants shall be released on bail on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- each with one surety in the like amount.

C] The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not influence the witnesses.
