Since the applicant is elected, the cause for filing the application would not survive. The applicant is seeking leave of this court to join the applicant and certain other elected Directors as party respondents.

In view of the aforesaid, the civil application stands disposed of.

WRIT PETITION NO.2911/2015 Leave is granted to the petitioner to join the elected Directors as party respondents to the petition. The amendment should be carried out within a period of two weeks. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added parties, returnable after three weeks therefrom. Learned counsel Shri Mirza waives notice on behalf of Vilas Mahajan, the newly added party.
