Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the non-applicant nos. 2 and 4. Perused the contents of the application. Though the learned counsel for the non-applicants opposes the prayer made in the civil application, the prayer made in the application is granted, and the Family Court Appeal No. 24/2014 is restored to file, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 500/- in the High Court Bar Library, within a period of one week.

If costs are paid within the aforesaid period and the Family Court Appeal is restored, issue notice to other respondents for hearing of the appeal on merits, returnable two weeks thereafter.
