In first-half, the matter was adjourned with submission that a compromise has been entered into between the parties. In the afternoon, when the matter was called out, we find that the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered in the matter. In this situation, learned counsel Shri Thakkar, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the applications leaving all contentions open.

Accordingly, applications are disposed of as withdrawn leaving all contentions open.
