Shri A.R. Ingole, Advocate for the respondent No.2 has pointed out the order passed in Contempt Petition No.172/2016 on 22nd February, 2017 recording that the parties have filed pursis stating that the Management will reinstate the employee on the post of Lecturer from 27th February, 2017 and the employee has given up his claim for back-wages. The learned Advocate for the respondent No.2 has stated that the employee is reinstated as Lecturer. He further states that as the matter is amicably worked out as stated above, the challenges raised in the petition do not survive. Accepting the statement made by the Advocate for the respondent No.2, the petition is disposed. No costs.
