Applicants/respondents No. 1 (a) to 1(g) have filed this application to permit them to withdraw an amount of Rs. 1,92,10,239/- deposited in this Court. In response, learned counsel for appellant submitted that the appellant has no objection to permit the respondents to withdraw 75% of the awarded amount of Rs. 1,80,94,971/-. Learned counsel for the applicants has conceded to the proposal offered by learned counsel for the appellant. 3.
Having considered the reasons stated in the application as well as the factual position of the matter and no objection of the appellant to permit them to withdraw 75% amount of the award, the application is partly allowed accordingly.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount of Rs. 1,80,94,971/-, along with interest accrued thereon, as per their share in the award.

Registrar(J) is directed to transfer said amount to the respective bank accounts of the applicants within four weeks of their furnishing of the bank account details to the Registrar. 6.
It is made clear that for transferring the amount in the bank account of respective applicants, their physical appearance is not necessary before the Court. The Registry is directed to verify their bank account details with their identity.
