O R D E R

(Passed on 11.02.2023) The appellant in person is present. He is identified by his counsel. The respondent No.3 is present through his counsel. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are formal parties. The parties have settled their dispute amicably, as per Compromise Pursis. According to the Compromise Pursis, the respondent No.3 shall pay Rs. 4,50,000/- directly by depositing the same in the account of appellant, within 60 days from today that shall be in addition to the amount of compensation awarded by the trial Court.

Hence, the Compromise Pursis is accepted.
