Mr.A.A.Bhide, learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 (i) to 4 (v) has invited my attention to the order dated 30th March 2015 made by this Court. Though an order was passed as back as on 30.3.2015, therer is no compliance of that order. Hence the Second Appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Even if an application for restoration is made, the same shall not be accepted, unless costs of Rs. 2000/- (rupees two thousand ) is paid to counsel for Respondent 4 (i) to 4 (v).
