At this stage, a request is made for withdrawal of this application with a request that the application for regular bail may be considered expeditiously. 3.

If the applicants surrender before the jurisdictional Court within a week, and an application for regular bail is moved after the applicants are remanded to judicial custody, the learned Sessions Judge shall decide the application for regular bail, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within four days from the preferring of the application.
