By the present applications, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of appeal which came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections on 23.07.2024.

The appeal is against rejection of issuance of heirship certificate under the provisions of Bombay Regulation Act and there is no opponent to the appeal.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, delay in filing the application for restoration is allowed. For the same reasons, the application for restoration is allowed. The appeal is restored to the file.

Both application stand disposed of.
