DATE : July 05, 2018 By this application it is prayed that the compromise arrived at between the parties be recorded and the appeal be disposed of in terms thereof.

The terms of compromise have been mentioned in paragraph 3 of the application. The application is signed by all parties including their counsel. Perused the terms of the compromise which appear to be reasonable. In view of aforesaid by accepting the compromise as recorded the Civil Application is allowed. The Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of that compromise. The decree passed in Spl. C.S. No.21/1982 is modified in terms of the aforesaid

2-CAS-782-18 2/2 compromise. Decree be drawn accordingly. The amounts deposited by the appellants in terms of the interim order along with accrued interest shall be disbursed equally amongst the appellants and the respondents.
