Perused the application and the reply filed on behalf of the State.

The applicant - Satyanarayan Limbaji Wathore apprehends his arrest in Crime No.

111/2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 376(1), 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered at police station Lonar, Tah. Lonar, District Buldhana. The reply filed on behalf of the State would reveal that the complainant is not cooperating in the investigation.

The First Information Report is came to be filed after the delay of three months. It appears

LDVC-21-ABA247.2020 that the prosecutrix, a major woman of age around 50 years is not interested in prosecuting the case. The applicant is of age 64 years and is a retired Head Master.

In such circumstances, the interim protection granted earlier is made absolute on the same conditions.

The application is thereby allowed and disposed of accordingly.
