By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is challenging interim order granted by the Additional Commissioner, Amravati in Appeal No.11/BVP/16(2)/Manardi/2022-23. By the impugned order, the Additional Commissioner has stayed the order of disqualification of respondent No.4. 2.

Considering the fact that substantive appeal is pending before the Additional Commissioner, Amravati, it would be in the interest of justice that the Additional Commissioner is directed to decide the appeal within a period of one month from today.

The Additional Commissioner shall decide the appeal after giving notice to the contesting parties. 4.

With the above clarification, present petition is disposed of.
