Heard.

The applicant was granted bail by this Court by order dated 16.6.2017.

The condition was that the applicant should furnish solvent surety of his father Tukaram Nura Pawar and of his uncle Atmaram Dharamsingh Pawar.

According to the applicant, since neither his father nor his uncle own immovable properties, he is not in a position to furnish their surety.

This Court can not permit to applicant to languish in jail only because he is not in a position to furnish solvent surety of his father and uncle. The application is allowed.

appp825OF18.odt 2 The applicant is permitted to furnish solvent surety of any permanent resident of district Akola. The conditions in the bail order dated 16.6.2017 are relaxed to this extent.
