Heard Shri Raut, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Khubalkar, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The students of an association by name Maharashtra Throw Ball Association have questioned a communication dated 04.04.2014, cancelling recognition granted by the Sports Department of State Government to that association.

The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the said letter dated 04.04.2014 is itself quashed and set aside on 18.09.2014 by the Division Bench of this Court while deciding Writ Petition No. 3521 of 2014. That writ petition was filed by the Maharashtra Throw Ball Association itself.

It is, therefore, apparent that the judgment dated 18.09.2014 enures to the benefit of petitioners also. Thus, the present writ petition is also disposed of. No costs.
