CORAM : MANISH PITALE J DATED : 15.11.2019 It is pointed out that while issuing notice on 13.02.2017, statement was made on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner had deposited an amount of Rs.1,32,000/- [Rs. One Lakh Thirty Two Thousand only] and by accepting the said submission an ad-interim stay order was passed in the present writ petition. 2.

Thereafter, an affidavit has filed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner himself stating that the above statement about deposit of amount of Rs.1,32,000/- [Rs. One Lakh Thirty Two Thousand only] was made due to some communication gap between the petitioner and the counsel and that in fact an amount of Rs.72,000/- [Rs. Seventy Two Thousand only] arrears have been deposited. The said statement is accepted.

Thereafter, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that now matrimonial dispute between the parties has been settled and that therefore, learned counsel has instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition. Hence, disposed of as withdrawn.
