DATE : 07/10/2021 Civil Application (CAW) No.1120 of 2017 and Civil Application (CAW) No.2376 of 2017 seeks extension of time for filling affidavit-in-reply of the respondent Nos.5 and 6 and the respondent Nos.2 and 4 respectively.

Mr. Dhatrak, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection for reply being taken on record. In view of which, the Civil Applications are allowed.

On the oral request, learned counsel for the petitioner, who urges that since the matter involves a very short question, the matter be fixed for final hearing. Considering which, list the matter in the week commencing 25.10.2021.
