Vide order dated 19.09.2025 while quashing the First Information Report this Court has imposed cost of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand Rupees) on the applicants and non-applicant no. 2. However, since the cost by the nonapplicant no. 2 was not paid, the matter was listed yesterday i.e. on 08.12.2025.
