The learned Counsel for the parties submit that the record and proceedings of Special Civil Suit No.129/1987 had earlier been called while hearing the second appeal. That record would be necessary for deciding the appeal. Hence, call for records of Special Civil Suit No.129/1987 from the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chandrapur by 10-7-2017.
