Perused reply-affidavit and injury certificate which pertain to the head injury only. The allegation against the applicant is of beating at legs. Already for the reasons, the interim protection has been granted. I do not find any material to deviate from those reasons.

It is submitted that already charge-sheet is filed against the another assailant who is child in conflict with law. Hence a case is made out for grant of pre-arrest protection. In view of that

Order 10ABA476 following order:- (I) Ad-interim order dated 30.07.2021 is hereby made absolute on same terms and conditions to continue to attend Police Station till the filing of charge-sheet or for the period of 3 months from today whichever is earlier.
