Heard learned counsel Shri S.M.Patrikar for applicants, in extenso. Also, perused show cause notice given by the Revenue Department; reply filed on behalf of the petitioner, and contents of First Information Report. 2.

When we expressed our opinion that this is a case wherein applicants will be required to face trial and when the Court was about to reject the application, learned counsel Shri S.M.Patrikar for applicants submitted that in that event he wishes to withdraw the application. The prayer is accepted.

The criminal application is rejected as withdrawn.
