DATED : 06-06-2019 This Court passed the following order on 03-52019. "Prima-facie, I do not see any error in the order impugned.

However, only as an indulgence, and in view of the statement of the learned Counsel Shri A.R. Deshpande that every accused shall appear before the trial Court on 10-5-2019 to enable the trial Court to frame the charge, I deem it appropriate to keep the order of issuance of non-bailable warrant in abeyance. If the applicants or the other accused do not appear before the trial Court on 10-5-2019, the protection shall stand revoked without further reference to Court.

If the applicants or the other accused obstruct the progress of trial by remaining absent, the trial Court may consider cancellation of the bail.

Stand over to 06-6-2019.

Authenticated copy of this order be supplied to learned Counsel for the applicants, as per rules."

It is stated by Shri A.R. Deshpande, learned Counsel that all the accused appeared before the trial Court on 10-5-2019 and the charge is framed.

Since the order impugned has served its purpose, no step need be taken pursuant to the said order. 4.

The petition is disposed of.
