2] I have perused the application.

3] The applicant has already been granted ad interim bail by this Court vide order dated 28/08/2020 passed in LD-VC-BA No.1334/2020 (BA No.863/2020). While granting interim bail to the applicant, this Court considered the case on merits. 4] Today, the learned A.P.P. could not point out any other material so as to refuse regular bail to the applicant.

5] In the given facts, the bail, already granted to the applicant, is hereby confirmed on the same conditions.
