DATED : AUGUST 5, 2016 As after getting knowledge of orders of this Court, termination was withdrawn and petitioner has been permitted to join, we are not inclined to take cognizance at least for the present.

Petitioner has made representation pointing out that period of 21 days was taken by the employer to make amends and he has not been paid salary for that period.

We grant petitioner leave to make appropriate representation to Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad, who shall thereafter, within next four weeks, pass suitable order on such representation. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE khj
