The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that neither the Petitioners nor the representatives of the Respondent No.5 have approached to the Deputy Superintendent of Land Record for measurements, pursuant to the earlier order.

By consent of the parties the date of 22 March 2021 is fixed for taking measurements. The requisite charges for measurements be deposited before the fixed date.

The relief sought for in this Petition is for acquisition and grant of compensation. After the measurements are so carried out, it is open to the Respondents to proceed and take necessary steps as may be warranted in law and fact as regards the acquisition. 5.

Since no other prayer now remains, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
