It is submitted that, as per Section 51 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the matter is required to be referred to the Competent Authority. Therefore, there is an error in line no. 13 in para 4 of the order dated 17/06/2025. The words appearing in line no. 13 in para 4 i.e. "Tribunal, i.e. Civil Court" require to be deleted and substituted by the words "Competent Authority i.e. Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority" as per Section 51." Similarly, in line no. 4 in para 5 of the said order, delete the words "Civil Court".
