DATED : AUGUST 31, 2021 This appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 questions order passed by learned Special Judge, Nagpur on 18.06.2021 in Miscellaneous Criminal Application No.889/2021, whereby learned Judge rejected the application filed on behalf of the appellant for grant of regular bail. After hearing Mr.Hunge, learned counsel for appellant and on perusal of the entire charge-sheet, when this Court was about to dismiss the appeal, Mr. Hunge, learned counsel for appellant, submits that he wishes to withdraw the present appeal.

The prayer is accepted.

The appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. Since, learned counsel for the applicant is withdrawing the appeal, this Court is not giving detailed reasons as to why this appeal needs rejection.
