Present application is filed for correction in the cause title of the respondent nos.3 and 4. The corrections are necessary as the name of respondent no.3 on record is 'Sunanda alias Sharda'.

Learned counsel placed on record certificate of bank showing name of respondent no.3 as 'Sunanda alias Sharda'. Thus, there is no impediment in allowing the application. Application is allowed.

Necessary correction in the cause title is to be carried out. So far as respondent no.4 is concerned, instead of 'Maunkar' the word 'Maulkar is required to be corrected. Learned counsel for appellant to carry out the necessary correction in the appeal memo.
